Hopley’s were appointed to carry out the construction of a sun room extension to a private property in Clapham, North Yorkshire.

The extension was of block construction, stone faced with local stone in-keeping with the area and sourced to match the existing property.

Internal works consisted of plastering, decoration, new lighting and heating, removal and replacement of patio doors, and tiling throughout the new extension and adjoining kitchen.

Externally the existing patio flags were removed prior to groundwork’s commencing and subsequently relayed once the extension was complete.

Works were completed successfully within the Clients budget and to the agreed programme.

Clapham – Private Client New Build

Hopley’s were chosen to carry out the construction of a detached, private property on Clapham Moor.

The property was built using traditional methods; blockwork faced with reclaimed stone. Timber windows, doors and patio doors were installed throughout along with an air source heat pump in accordance with planning requirements.

Built south facing, the property enjoys extensive views across the moor and surrounding countryside. Internally the property consists of hallway, lounge, dining kitchen, utility room, W.C, study and three bedrooms, one of which is en-suite.

We allocated a Site Manager to oversee the works for the full duration of the build and we successfully completed the project within the given programme.

Clarrick Terrace, Ingleton – New Build

This project comprised of the construction of four architecturally designed, natural stone faced semi-detached properties.

The properties were constructed using modern methods of construction in order to adhere to environmental and ecological requirements. High temperature air source heat pumps were installed throughout which entitle the tenants to government financial support towards heating costs.

The project was overseen by a Site Manager for the full duration and was successfully completed within the programme and allocated budget.

New School Lane, Cullingworth – New Build

We entered into a joint venture with the Diocese of Bradford to develop the site of the old Vicarage at Cullingworth.

The site was split into three plots, two plots being private houses and on the third plot we constructed a new four bedroom vicarage.

The vicarage was constructed to an extremely high specification from natural stone and slate, with oak flooring and oak veneered doors throughout and the old cross from the original vicarage was inserted into the new gable wall.
