Based in Settle our company serves throughout the region and beyond. Our specialist team of employees deal with a very broad spectrum of building types for major regional clients.
Type of work undertaken
We carry out General Building work covering all trades. Our work comprises of new build, extensions and alteration to various kinds of property. We also have a large Joinery shop and are able to manufacture ‘one off’ items of Joinery work in both hardwood and softwood. Our maintenance side covers all works from; roofing, electrical, plumbing and general civil works. Within the general civil works we cover structures, highways, signing and lining.
Area of operation
Our operations are carried out in and around the Craven area, Lancashire and Cumbria.
Our workforce
All our staff are employed on a full-time basis, we do not use ‘labour only’ operatives. All of our Tradesman are trained to CITB Standards. Our apprentices attend local colleges on approved CITB courses.
The company employs many site and office staff with a wide range of expertise and experience. Although the majority of the jobs we offer are construction-based such as site managers, surveyors, site trades, estimators, contract managers etc. we also employ staff with secretarial, data processing and payroll skills. Having an equipment hire depot means we have a compliment of plant drivers as well as plant fitters.
