G I Hopley have successfully refurbished a number of these derelict offices on the Mintsfeet Industrial Estate, Kendal, which have been stood empty for the best part of 5 years.

This project consisted of improving the existing building not only externally but also internally. The office’s external appearance has been improved dramatically with new roofing, lighting, and replacement Upvc windows and doors. Internally the building now incorporates a new office layout, including meeting rooms and board rooms, staff restrooms and a large multi-purpose workshop.

The offices have been refurbished to a high standard combining practicality with a contemporary feel, using a standardised set of finishes and furnishings which have been developed together with the client.
